Meatless taco filling

Ingredients:

12 oz beefless grounds

6 oz soy chorizo

½ C/4 oz TVP (textured vegetable protein)

3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

½ C taco seasoning (or less for desired flavor)

Approximately 1 ¾ C water

3 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:

1) Pre-heat saute pan while prepping milk (combine with lemon juice)

2) Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix until the

consistency of pancake batter.

3) Using measuring spoon, pour batter onto spray-oiled saute pan

making little Johnnycakes

4) Serve with Southern food and Cajun food
